The blank canvas is not what inspires awe, rather it is the beauty of the colors and the manner in which they have been applied on it.... So, here I am "Passing the Paintbrush" let's see what awe we can inspire together!

Off to a busy second month of school!

We are busy touching on topics covered in the general classroom while using art vocabulary and skills to further develop our understanding of these topics! First grade is taking on weather, Kindergarten patters, and third grade habitats and their animals, second grade has just completed a fabulous Vincent Van Gogh focus, fifth is finishing up their stained glass projects, and fourth is working hard on covering measuring with rulers and paint brushes. We are working hard as we are getting more grades in the grade book and skills under our belts. I am working hard to stay a float but it is a rough business. the kids are working super hard and I love seeing their faces light up with delight at their progress.
